The Breathing Techniques of AK

Your best weapon is your mind. Exercising this tool is vital to avoiding conflict. The first rule of AK is, fighting is the last resort. Do not let emotion cause you to strike first, this is unacceptable. The mind and body are one and when one is strong so is the other.

Breathing techniques are the first step. Controlling your breath is a way to control your soul. Many martial arts focus on breathing, AK breathing techniques are adapted from Aikido,
