Recognization of Movement and Anticipation

In an encounter, you must recognize a variety of things. You must know your limitations and weaknesses, and how your opponent plans to exploit them. Picking up ques from an opponent's stance is a major key to anticipating their plan. The movement of certain areas are keys to reading your opponents movements.
